Prior snowplow experience is preferred. Assignments in these positions will be part-time intermittent beginning in December 2023 through March 2024. Duties include but not necessarily limited to – sweeping, shoveling, lifting objects weighing upward to 80lbs, walking/standing long periods of time in all types of weather, cleaning, pruning of brush, grass mowing, patching asphalt, concrete, gravel and other roadway surfaces, using rakes, shovels, trimmers and other hand tools and placing/moving/pickup of signs, barricades, and traffic control work.

Starting wage for the position is $24.43/hour with a 1.5% increase in the hourly rate of pay for each area State Certification and license among the following: Engine Repair-Gasoline, Engine Repair Diesel, Drive Train Repair, Brake and Brake System Repair, Suspension and Steering Repair and Electrical System Repair.
